CHI-EY INC - a digital printing company whose goal is to serve prisoners throughout
the United States with the newest technology. Our company started
back on 2004 by offered photo-reprint service and today has developed
into a main stream of photo-alteration service and also provide services
for artist.

We offer reprints in both high gloss copies as well as semi gloss copies.
We use a 12 color ink jet printer to produce our high gloss copies and a
a laser printer to produce our semi gloss copies. We also offer 75
different border styles for the reprints. (see our catalog for border styles)
